I declare my commitment to:
    1. Transforming my experience of growing older to maximize happiness, health, love, creative self-expression and being valued
    2. Relating to people of all ages with respect and dignity on the basis that who we are is more important than how old we are 
    3. Living life as a contribution by sharing the best of who I am with others in a way that brings out the best in them
    4. Creating our collective future by addressing what we care about and building communities that work for raising children and growing old
    5. Learning and growing until the end, staying open and engaged, and being inspired and enthusiastic every day
